ABS Fair - This Friday
This coming Friday, the 16th of October 2009 marks the date of the Amman Baccalaureate School Annual Charity Fair.
We are preparing to produce the first video ever documenting the great activities and efforts that go into organizing such an event and the excellent attendance at the event, in addition to producing a full video of the Fair's Fashion Show by ABS Students.
This production will work with ABS students interested in video productions and participating in the Video Arts Activity as student assistants on location, allowing them to observe the full process of production on location in addition to giving them as much hands on experience as possible.
Some of the Video Arts Activity students have submitted excellent first project concepts and are working very hard creatively , based on which they will be awarded this opportunity. We are currently choosing 2-3 students out of 15 to particpate with our team.
A highlight edit of this event will be available online shortly after the event...so keep checking our youtube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/JLDProd.

Amman Baccalaureate School - Video Arts
DocuMedia is giving a Video Arts activity at Amman Baccalaureate school for grades 6,7&8. By the end of this activity the students would have learned the basics of making a good video, what styles of movies can be produced, what goes on behind the scenes, and hopefully their eyes will be trained to see the world through the lense of a creative camera.
So far students are brainstorming for ideas and buidling up their personal project concepts, and this week they are competing for a chance to work with us on our next project at ABS as prdoction assistants.

The School of Amman Ballet PODCAST!!!
Coming real soon, the first ever SCHOOL OF AMMAN BALLET PODCAST!!!
Our podcast is going to include really nice short clips of ballet training for all ages, techniques, and tips on improving your ballet technique.
It will also help ballet beginners and parents in making ballet a more enjoyable activity and sport for all.

Mashrek International School's - Video Arts Activity
Students of Mashrek International School in Amman / Jordan (middle school students) are participating in a Video Arts activity presented by DocuMedia.
Students are participating effectively in an active learning process to understand how video can be for all and how they can creatively develop their personal ideas into audiovisual media.
The students are also being introduced to the concepts of podcasting, youtubing and also using video and creativity for a positive cause by aiming to support the Sewar program at MIS in cooperation with the King Hussein Cancer Foundation.
